Helpful staff and very clean beds, perfect setting. Cosy unit with a comfortable decor. The hotel was in the heart of Queretaro, and we were around 10-15 minutes walk from neptune fountain👌

Location was marvelous, I liked luxurious rooms and super staff. Huge suite and lovely bed. The delicious food was a good touch. Walking distance to the good beach. Also, an extraordinary museum was placed in direct proximity. Friendly check in and easy check out.

I loved every detail here, including staff and location, that were fine. Lots of supplies in the room : a coffee maker, a writing desk and a private entrance. The staff did all they can for a wonderful stay. Do n't forget to explore Historic Monuments district. Also, it was right in the center.

That place was amazing including location and rooms. Not far from the downtown, 5 minutes on foot. Truly enjoyed that there was Red Wings with short-orders right at the venue, super convenient. In addition, free WiFi was useful;)))

the room was large. historic monuments is a district that deserves exploring. good choice of restaurants to eat close by, like pizzeria al volo that was only 5 minutes' walk away. we would definitely recommend as we appreciated morazul hotel boutique.
